Lead a team of 2 to 6 project managers and coordinators while managing your own portfolio of complex substation and transmission projects. Set delivery standards, develop your team, and own the commercial results across every assignment.
Take on the largest and most complex substation and transmission projects in the portfolio, including multi-station programs, long transmission line programs, tight energization dates, and recovery assignments. Serve as a senior resource and mentor for the project management team.
Deliver assigned substation, transmission line, and interconnection projects from engineering release through energization and closeout. Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and client satisfaction as the single point of accountability.
Serve as FC Electric's owner-side authority in the field on substation construction projects. Oversee quality, safety, and schedule compliance while building the documentation record that holds up to future review.
